Before I go into hotel details, I must say one thing. You guys made our week today! Thanks to all of you who supported us. We also want to give a special thanks to Ela, Socha and Mariusz (aka Nicer gnomes), who did a hell of a job with the ticketing system and helped us with every little issue!
But now into details: Jarek, our newest DjangoCon team member got you a sweet hotel deal.
Hotel Służewiec
Hotel Służewiec (we know, it’s a very funny name ;)) is just a 4 minutes walk from the Circus Venue (we’ll do the talks there). Sprints Venue (we’ll announce it later this week) is only 20 minute subway ride away. It’s also very near to the airport and the subway. They book all the rooms for 14-19th May and will hold it until 19th April.

Prices for you

How to book?
Unfortunately, if you want to book with special prices for DjangoCon attendees, there is no software for that. So the options are:
1. Call them: +48 22 207 91 00. Make sure to let them know that you’re going for a DjangoCon conference (they promised to remember “Django” password ;))
2. Email them: sluzewiec@starthotel.pl. To make this inconvenience up to you, I prepared a ready-to-send email:
Hi!
I’m going to Warsaw for a conference DjangoCon Europe, I heard there is a special deal for password “Django”.
I’d like to book {{ room_name }} for {{ arrival_date }}-{{ departure_date }} for {{ people.count }} people.
All best,
{{ request.user.get_full_name }}
And that’s it!
