A lot of people are asking everyday about the tickets but we couldn’t say anything because we were busy dealing with Polish tax office (they don’t know that something like ETA even exists). But more importantly we were also looking for a great partner to help us with the ticket sales.
And it’s really extremely great to say that we found the perfect ticketing partner. Happy gnomes are providing a Nicer solution for everyone out there annoyed with ugly registration forms, complicated payment options and bad user experience. In addition, they’re our great friends from Kraków and the team behind amazing Railsberry conference (you heard that Railsberry Early Berry tickets sold out in ONE SECOND this year, right?). They haven’t launched publicly yet, but we heard there is quite a queue of conferences wanting to use them, well done guys!
We’re going to release first, very small, batch of early bird tickets in a week: Tuesday (Feb 5th) at 6pm CET. The prices will be: EUR 250 + 23% VAT for early bird ticket, while the regular price is EUR 300 + 23% VAT. However, to add some fun ;) we will translate the price of the ticket to Polish złoty (PLN). It’ll make things for our accountants much more easier.
We’ll release only 50 early bird tickets this Tuesday. We expect to sell out quickly. We’ll probably release some more early tickets two days later, on Thursday as soon as we understand the demand (thanks Nicer!)
If you need an invoice, have your data handy while buying the tickets. You will have 15 minutes to complete the payment. In the first batch (on Tuesday), we’ll accept only major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). We heard some horrible stories about Paypal from other conference organizers and in a perfect world nobody should use Paypal, right?;) But if you really need Paypal to buy a ticket - please, let us know in comments. We may add Paypal on Thursday if there will be a lot of trouble on Tuesday.
One more thing: you would make us a very, very happy organizers if you share information about tickets with your friends and colleagues on Twitter, Facebook or just by word of mouth :)
If you have any questions, let us know: email@example.com.
Good luck on Tuesday!!Tweet
